Noel is very thorough, meticulous even. I have had him inspect 2 properties, one 5 years ago he saved me from buying, as it had no firewall between the units. And this time I have a thorough list of minor jobs that need doing and because I trust him I know these are minor and there is no great concerns. He also inspected my unit I sold and found a structural issue I had to fix, one that I think was there when I bought the unit!! Thanks Noel, you do a great job.

Noel was punctual for the inspection and thoroughly inspected the house. Also he was able to explain issues clearly and succinctly. His report was also detailed in an easy to read format. I have no hesitation in recommending Noel or BPI.

Highly recommended! Noel was very professional and thorough. I couldn’t reccomend him more. He was punctual and took his time to make sure everything was checked and reported on. At the end he took me back through the property to discuss his findings. The report was sent the same day and was very detailed. When I had questions a week after the report he still replied promptly and was incredibly helpful! I’d choose him again for my next property!

Noel was on time (actually he started early) and was extremely thorough, efficient, and professional. Spent over 2 hours on the inspection, then walked through the house with me and verbally communicated any points of concern where I could ask questions, etc. The report came through that afternoon as promised and was very detailed with photos. He also offered to be available for follow up questions at any time. Would definitely use Noel next time and recommend him to family and friends. Excellent!

I highly recommend BPI Building & Pest Inspections. Noel inspected two properties for me now in my search for a unit to buy and I found him to be very thorough and very easy to deal with. The comprehensive report Noel provided was very easy to understand with explanations and photos. I got Noel to do an inspection of a unit I was purchasing. It was a simple process done online and I was called back to arrange everything. A phone call and some emails was all it took. The inspection has arranged a few days later, I met Noel onsite and he was professional and the report was emailed that afternoon. No fuss no problems. I would definitely use them again.

This is the second time I have used Noel for a building and pest inspection prior to purchasing a property, and once again his knowledge and eye has saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. I have also referred a friend of mine to his services, since her building inspector didn't pick up on nearly half the stuff that Noel does. I didn't end up buying the property thanks to what Noel picked up on, and I will be using his services again in the near future, when I do find the place I want to buy. Highly recommend him to all.

Noel was very thorough and quick, picking up some moisture damage to the property and having the report back same day. Small things such as lack of paint on the top and bottom of doors were picked up and reported. Noel knows the ins and outs of the industry and this shows in his inspection report.

Noel did a very thoroughly inspection checking even the most remote corner and details of the house. The report was delivered really quickly and was detailed with each item listed accompanied by pictures. He took his time explaining what would have been in the report and giving useful recommendation for other items. Very professional and, at the same time, very easy to talk to. Noel was very professional and lovely. He came on time and spent just under 30 mins going around the apartment checking everything. At the end, he gave an overview of thing that needed to be looked into and gave professional help on things to change. He stayed to his word and sent the documentation straight away. Noel is very professional and gave me detailed information. He was always available and answered all the questions. The agent didn’t provide the keys to storage room at the time of inspection so Noel couldn’t inspect it at the time but he rearranged the inspection for the storage room without charging me anything. I would definitely recommend Noel. He is the best.

Exceptional. I made my choice based on prior google reviews and was not disappointed. Our solicitor (for the property) even made a comment as to the great level of detail in the report. On time, easy to deal with, thorough and paid for itself. I suspect Noel uses extensive checklists ensuring that he conducts an in depth analysis.
