The aged occupant of a house at Kenmore was not aware of the damage that was being inflicted onto her house over an extended period of time.
Building and Pest Inspections found extensive damage to various walls, some of which would collapse if lent on too hard, and to a structural ceiling beam that was the consistency of weet-bix for its entire length. Annual pest inspections could have prevented this damage which is likely to result in the demolition of this house.
