A project for developing modern apartments is planned in inner Brisbane which is designed to attract upcoming professionals looking for their first home.
R&W Projects is scheduled to officially launch the latest project by Lantona before the end of June 2016 where the apartments are pegged to start selling at $389,000.
What Does the Project Feature?
The eight-storey boutique block will be knowns as Oxy in Stones Corner. The developer plans to build around 60 apartments comprising of:
• Fifteen one-bedroom apartments with prices starting at $389,000 • Forty-one two-bedroom apartments whose prices start from $514,500
• Four apartments with three bedrooms each priced from $695,000
In addition, the complex is expected to have an entertainment level and a large roof-top garden.
Lantona MD, Mr. Andrew Hanna explains that they have instructed the architect, Ellivo, to include every little detail that residents may need in the rooftop space.
Even people with spacious apartments may need extra space at least once in a while and the rooftop area provides this. The change of scenery is itself a good enough reason to enjoy the rooftop garden.
The developer has thought about the things the buyers will be interested in. The garden will include an outdoor kitchen, covered lounge and dining areas, television and a sound system.
Ideal for Inner-City Life
According to Mr Hanna, the boutique is well-suited for professionals who are interested in inner-city village living. Stones Corner has a great village vibe which is enhanced by a deep sense of community.
In addition, the neighbourhood rejuvenation plan that City Council has will further promote the village experience.
Mr. Hanna says that the area is at the verge of becoming the most fashionable places in Brisbane.
A Project with Great Diversity
The apartments are particularly aimed at owner-occupiers, something that can clearly be seen from the way they are have been finished. The high quality is hoping to attract professional owner-occupiers.
At the same time, the project also offers a good opportunity for investment. Its pricing will undoubtedly appeal to those who want to attract quality tenants, which translates to higher rents.
Owen Moore, the director of R&W Projects, explains that the proximity of the project to the village centre at Stones Corner will help to attract both prospective renters and owners.
Among the expected professionals are those in the health industry considering that the project is close to five major Brisbane hospitals.
