Brisbane property prices are forecast to out perform all the other capital cities this year.Brisbane prices have been stagnant for some time now but Brisbane city is tipped to be ahead of the other states in 2014.

There has been a prediction of increase in homes values of 6.4 per cent this year.

This is very good news for Brisbane.

Areas tipped to perform best in Queensland are Brisbane especially the inner city suburbs of New Farm, Bulimba,West End, Ashgrove, Kelvin Grove & Red Hill. The Gold Coast & Toowoomba are also hot spots. Inner city houses remain the most sought after in the property market with demand expected to grow over the next year.

Real Estate agents in Brisbane are very upbeat for 2014. Matt Lancashire from Ray White, New Farm has sold more than $60 million worth of property last year within New Farm, Teneriffe, Newstead, Kangaroo Point area.

Shannon Harvey from Place, Bulimba s also very positive for increased sales in 2014 in Bulimba & surrounding inner city suburbs.
