Inner City Shines

The Brisbane inner-city Unit market is forecasting the best quarter on record as 2014 nears the end.

Sales of inner-city units reached $428 million. It is a hot market with 785 unconditional sales across 56 inner-city Brisbane projects.

The Brisbane inner-city Unit market is in a perfect position as we near the end of the  last quarter of 2014 with high demand and more projects coming on to the market.

Brisbane inner- city  property market is certainly building some positive momentum. The North Yard Units at Brisbane Showgrounds at Bowen Hills was the top performer for last quarter, registering 162 unconditional  contracts. This was followed by Newstead Towers, Newstead at 112 sales.

The North of the River Precinct- New farm, Newstead, Teneriffe, Brisbane CBD had the majority  of sales in the September quarter.

The south of the River Precinct including South Brisbane, West End, Kangaroo Point&  Bulimba saw only 144 sales.

The majory of supply of Units was found in the inner-city & inner northern suburbs . The inner city south Unit market has not been as strong.

The December figures are already showing that Brisbane will have a great finish to 2014.
