Realestate.com.au figures show demand for homes & units in these top 10 inner city suburbs have recently outweighed supply.

BPI was recommended to me by a family member and am I glad they did! Noel and the rest of BPI made the entire building and pest inspection process a breeze! The entire inspection from booking an appointment to receiving the final report was easy and efficient and the BPI staff are so friendly. I wasn’t able to be there on the day of the inspection but Noel turned up exactly at the time promised and did a very thorough job. He also personally called me after the inspection to give me a run down, which helped immensely in regards to understanding the report and putting my mind at ease. I now know exactly what to change as soon as possible and what to look out for in the future. I will have no trouble recommending BPI to others and I can guarantee that if I ever require another inspection, Noel and BPI will be getting another call from me.

Noel and BPI in general were an absolute pleasure to work with. The report was over 40 pages long, included plenty of photographs, covered all accessible areas and I felt it was extremely detailed all the way down to tiny cosmetic things that I wouldn't have expected would be checked. Noel and his detailed report assisted me in getting 2 faults amended at the property before settlement and saved me a lot of money down the track. Noel went out of his way to be flexible and accommodating for me the first visit and then the second visit at my apartment. He deals directly with the agent if preferred and yet still keeps you fully in the loop with communication. The finished report is technical and I have a huge appreciation for the work that went into it, however after it was sent to me - the way that Noel was so happy to discuss it with me after ward in lay person language was invaluable. As a young female buying my first property its always daunting dealing with agents, trades or business people as I don't want to feel as though I get looked at as "dumb" - I didn't feel this way at all with Noel. Noel is highly, highly recommend - don't shop around just comparing price, this is a service from start to end and even after that!

Noel from BPI recently conducted a building and pest inspection for my partner and I for our first home purchase. Noel was extremely professional throughout the whole process and was very clear in email communication what would be included as part of his services then during the actual inspection he was very thorough and took the time to show us each and every notable thing he found, and explained what it meant it terms of the structure and even what it would take to repair or touch up certain things. After the inspection he then provided a full length email report showing everything he had found which included pictures of everything he had noted. Would definitely use Noel’s services again in the future and would highly recommend to everyone.

Noel is very thorough, meticulous even. I have had him inspect 2 properties, one 5 years ago he saved me from buying, as it had no firewall between the units. And this time I have a thorough list of minor jobs that need doing and because I trust him I know these are minor and there is no great concerns. He also inspected my unit I sold and found a structural issue I had to fix, one that I think was there when I bought the unit!! Thanks Noel, you do a great job.

Noel was on time (actually he started early) and was extremely thorough, efficient, and professional. Spent over 2 hours on the inspection, then walked through the house with me and verbally communicated any points of concern where I could ask questions, etc. The report came through that afternoon as promised and was very detailed with photos. I got Noel to do an inspection of a unit I was purchasing. It was a simple process done online and I was called back to arrange everything. A phone call and some emails was all it took. This is the second time I have used Noel for a building and pest inspection prior to purchasing a property, and once again his knowledge and eye has saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. I have also referred a friend of mine to his services, since her building inspector didn't pick up on nearly half the stuff that Noel does. Noel was very thorough and quick, picking up some moisture damage to the property and having the report back same day. Small things such as lack of paint on the top and bottom of doors were picked up and reported. Noel knows the ins and outs of the industry and this shows in his inspection report.

Noel is very professional and gave me detailed information. He was always available and answered all the questions. The agent didn’t provide the keys to storage room at the time of inspection so Noel couldn’t inspect it at the time but he rearranged the inspection for the storage room without charging me anything. Exceptional. I made my choice based on prior google reviews and was not disappointed. Our solicitor (for the property) even made a comment as to the great level of detail in the report.
