Holland Park continues its reign in Brisbane as the most sought after suburb offering value for money in the inner city. Camp Hill & Holland Park West are also areas showing high buyer demand.

Last year Stafford Heights, Spring Hill, Wilston, Windsor, Grange & Newmarket all dominated. The northern inner suburbs are still well sought after but there has been a shift in interest to the inner city south east suburbs like Camp Hill, Greenslopes, Woolloongabba, Coorparoo & Holland Park.

Real Estate agents from Belle Coorparoo have confirmed that the south east inner city area was thriving as it offers many lifestyle & employment opportunities. The old Myer complex at Coorparoo has been demolished & a new Apartment high rise complex is under way. This will bring job opportunities, Unit accommodation, new Restaurants & shops to the Coorparoo area.

Holland Park has continued its strong performance during the past few years as a lot of money has gone into this area renovating & building homes. New roads & tunnels have opened making access to the airport, the Sunshine Coast & northern suburbs as well as travel to work so much easier. This has made buying property in the south east much more appealing with the new infrastructure as many people still work in the Brisbane CBD.

Camp Hill is also a real hot spot as younger couples take advantage of the inner city regions facilities. St Martins Primary school in Camp Hill is a major factor attracting young buyers with families to this suburb.
