Brad Bell Real estate director James Bell said the increasing interest in Wishart was partly caused by the recent expansion and renovation of Westfield Garden City plus the transport improvements into the city & freeway access. The new busway can have you right in the heart of Brisbane CBD within 12 TO 15 minutes.
The team from Building and Pest Inspections Brisbane Building & pest inspections also said that they were seeing a large number of investors looking to cash in on this growing inner city market.
There has also been keen interest in the MtGravatt Urban Corridor plan. Neighbouring inner city suburbs will also benefit from the perceived growth to hit over the next few years.
