Unit Owners Make a Move As Buyer Demand Peaks in Inner City Brisbane

There has been a lot of talk about strong demand for inner city units lately and it is not surprising to see some high quality listings coming on the market.

Unit buyers are seeing many new Unit developments finishing in Brisbane City ,Bowen Hills, Teneriffe, Newstead, New Farm and Kelvin Grove.

Unit buyers are shying away from costly houses and are snapping up Units in the inner city for a much more affordable price.

Unit buyers are also looking for lifestyle & location nearer to their workplace.

Houses in the inner city suburbs such as Ashgrove, Newmarket, Red Hill, Kelvin Grove, Paddington & Bardon are out of reach for the first home buyers.

Rather than buying a big house or townhouse, buyers are opting to put less on the mortgage and buy a unit. It is a good way  for the first home buyers to break into the market.

Noel Milne from BPI Building & Pest inspections has also seen a trend & strong demand for Units in Brisbane  inner north & inner southern suburbs.

Brisbane Inner city Units and Houses are blue-chip & will always be a good investment.
